Iva joined Knightstone Hotel Group in 2022 and is involved in all aspects of the investment and development process. She is responsible for the underwriting and due diligence of potential investment opportunities and ongoing asset management of Knightstone Hotel Group’s existing portfolio.

Prior to joining Knightstone Hotel Group, Iva worked as an Investment Manager at a leading global real estate investment and asset management firm, focusing on acquisitions and dispositions for their commercial real estate portfolio.

Iva holds an HBA from the Ivey Business School.
