Roz joins the Knightstone Hotel Group as Special Advisor, Operations & Asset Management, bringing with her an impressive background of over 40 years in the hospitality industry. Her expertise spans hotel operations, asset management, development, and franchise business strategies.

Prior to joining Knightstone, Roz worked for Marriott International, building a distinguished career. She began as a chef, and subsequently gained extensive leadership experience in broad hotel operations, before transitioning to Marriott’s Corporate Headquarters. There, Roz played a pivotal role in guiding the owner and franchise business teams and was instrumental in shaping Marriott’s approach to owner and franchise relations.

In 2016, Roz assumed the leadership role for Marriott Hotels of Canada’s franchise business. During her tenure, she successfully expanded the portfolio, drove exceptional results, and fostered a strong community among owners and franchisees. Her leadership of advisory boards and dedication to creating a culture of collaboration and inclusivity made a lasting impact.

Roz also has broad industry leadership experience and was on the Board of the Hotel Association of Canada for three terms.
